My Approach

I provide psychotherapy through Southeast Psych Nashville for ages 12 and up. I conceptualize psychodynamically while also incorporating elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing. In practice, that means I bring a solution-oriented approach that focuses on the issues bringing you to counseling now, while also helping you explore the long-standing patterns that may be contributing to present concerns.

Common Concerns

  • Sports and performance anxiety
  • Artist performance and wellness
  • Men’s issues
  • Life transitions
  • Identity
  • And more
